A lo largo de un exigente programa de 40 días, que incluye reflexiones, consejos prácticos, tareas concretas y mecanismos de auto evaluación, aprenderemos a recuperar, si la hemos perdido, o a acrecentar, si nunca murió, la voluntad de convertir a nuestra pareja en el centro real de nuestra vida.

Cada día de este viaje tendrá tres elementos sumamente importantes:

En primer lugar, se hablará acerca de un aspecto único del amor.

Lee cada uno con cuidado y mantente abierto a una nueva comprensión de lo que significa amar a alguien de verdad. En segundo lugar, se te desafiará a que realices algo específico por tu cónyuge.

Algunos desafíos serán sencillos y otros, un verdadero reto; pero tómalos en serio y sé lo suficientemente creativo y valiente como para intentarlos. No te desalientes si no puedes lograr un desafío en particular debido a situaciones externas.

Retoma apenas puedas y sigue adelante con el viaje. Por último, tendrás un espacio en el cual registrar lo que estás aprendiendo y haciendo y la manera en que tu cónyuge responde.

Es importante que aproveches este espacio para anotar lo que sucede tanto contigo como con tu cónyuge en este trayecto. Estas notas reflejarán tu progreso y serán invaluables para ti en el futuro.

Recuerda, tienes la responsabilidad de proteger y guiar tu corazón. No te des por vencido ni te desalientes. Decide guiar tu corazón y llegar hasta el final. Aprender a amar de verdad es una de las cosas más importantes que harás en tu vida.

Read each one carefully and stay open to a new understanding of what it means to truly love someone. Second, you will be challenged to do something specific for your spouse.

Some challenges will be simple and others, a real challenge; but take them seriously and be creative and brave enough to try them. Don't be discouraged if you can't accomplish a particular challenge due to external situations.

Pick up as soon as you can and go on with the journey. Finally, you will have a space in which to record what you are learning and doing and how your spouse responds.

It is important that you take advantage of this space to write down what happens both with you and your spouse on this journey. These notes will reflect your progress and will be invaluable to you in the future.

Remember, you have a responsibility to protect and guide your heart. Don't give up or get discouraged. Decide to guide your heart and go to the end. Learning to truly love is one of the most important things you will do in your life.
